Begin with 35 drops (one dropper full) in 2-4 fl. oz. of pure water or juice in the morning, mid-afternoon, or before bed. Increase by one dropper full each day until you achieve two to three bowel movements daily (do not exceed four droppers-full per day). Use periodically as needed for supporting regularity.* If you do experience loose bowel movements, reduce dosage amount being taken.
